(Football South) that the Annual General Meeting will be held

At the Long Room, 20 Logan Park Drive, Dunedin

On: Wednesday 31^st May at 6pm

RSVP by Wednesday 24^th May to cara@southernfootball.co.nz

The Business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

1. Apologies
2. Confirm minutes of 2021 AGM
3. Receive the Annual Report of the Board
4. Present the Annual Financial Statements and Auditors Report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022.
5. To consider and vote on any written Notices of Motion or amendments received
6. To declare the results of the postal ballot for elected Board members
7. To consider and vote on any Life Membership and Honorary Membership
8. To appoint an Auditor
9. To transact any General Business

Please Note:

1. Nominations to become an elected Board Member must be in writing and received by the Federation CEO by midday on Monday 1^st May 2023. Nominees are to supply a curriculum vitae and brief (no longer than 250 words) written presentation, setting out their relevant experience and reasons for seeking election.

2. Nominations for Life Membership and Honorary Membership must be received by the Federation CEO by Midday on Monday 1^st May 2023. All Life Membership submissions will be assessed against the Life Membership Policy. Process for submissions are outlined in the policy.

3. Any requests for alterations to the Rules or Notice of Motion intended to be moved at the Annual General Meeting must be received in writing by the Federation Office by Midday on Monday 1^st May 2023.

Following the AGM the Board and CEO will update delegates and presidents on the strategic plan development over drinks and nibbles.  We look forward to seeing you.
