Incidents - An incident is an instance of something happening, an event or occurrence, before, during, or after the game.

All incidents shall be reported within seven (7) days of the incident occurring by filling in an incident form (website Incident Report Form

) which is forwarded to the Federation. A club president or secretary must fill out the form, and it must include the following,

Please approach your club and they will determine if a protest or incident should be reported. Any protests or incidents reported by individual members or teams will be referred back to the member club.

Reporting Process – Players or Club Members

DISPUTES AND PROTESTS​​​​​​​

Protests or Disputes – A statement expressing objection to something (regulations).

All protests shall be made within seven (7) days of the match in question by forwarding a written statement to the Federation on the club’s letterhead, signed by the club secretary or President, setting out the grounds for the protest and clearly identifying the club, the name of the persons involved, the reason of the protest and the regulation that has been broken, accompanied by the $57.50 inc GST disciplinary fee.
