Footballsouth oversees the development of the various District Age Group Representative teams in the Region. The Representative programme commences with trials in each of the Districts to select age group teams from 11yrs - 16yrs for Boys & 12yrs - 16yrs for Girls. These programmes usually commence in May/June and continue until the conclusion of the various age group South Island Football Championships held in late September/ early October each year.

Trials for the various Otago age group Representative Teams have now been held for 2010 Boys 11th - 16th Grade & 12th Girls squads while the 14th & 16th Girls trials had to re-scheduled due to bad weather. Coaches & Assessors are now working through the large list of trialists to finalise the squads. 

As the respective age group squads are confirmed the list of players will be put on the 'Otago Football' page of the website under 'Otago rep. Teams'.
