The school holidays saw more Southern United Skill Schools – along with the extra camps in Dunedin, we also ran hugely successful camps in Timaru and Wanaka!
The second week of camps in Dunedin saw more boys and girls getting to learn some new skills and have a ball.
Up in Timaru, our South Canterbury Football Development Officers Stephen Last and Conor O’Keefe along with Southern United’s Andy Mulligan and other helpers saw the rain clouds disappear and the sun came out for their Skill School camp.
Then the guys joined Danny Ledwith, Lewis Houghton, and Danny Furlong up in sunny Wanaka the following week for the first ever Central Otago Skill School. They had an incredible turnout – over 80 local boys and girls made it the biggest attendance so far!
Thank you to everyone who took part – the feedback has been awesome!
