The New Zealand U20 Football Ferns started there World Cup campaign with a 1 - 2 loss to Sweden. After leading 1 nil at half time the hapless Ferns conceded 2 goals from Swedish shots that deflected off New Zealand players.

It doesn't get any easier for the Football Ferns who have yet to play Brazil & Korea DRP in the 'Group of Death'. Let's hope some of that All White inspiration rubs off on our Girls.
