Footballsouth follows the New Zealand Football regulations that cover things like Transfer requests, misconduct, rules for individual competitions (National Youth and Women's Leagues, Chatham Cup, etc) and the administration of refereeing. Rules are subject to change and below is official Transfer Request form and some of the Regulations.

New Zealand Football Code of Conduct

The purpose of this code is to encourage fair and ethical treatment of all persons and organisations coming under the control of New Zealand Football. It is expected that all federations, clubs, employees, members, referees, administrators, coaches, players and others will understand the code and abide by it.
